Writer • Therapist • Artist • Researcher

Erin is an artist, therapist, writer, and doctoral student whose work explores trauma, healing, symbolism, creativity, nervous system regulation, and the complexity of human experience.

Drawing from experience in art therapy, counseling, trauma-informed care, contemplative practice, and lived experience, her work bridges the spaces between clinical understanding and creative expression. Through writing, artwork, reflection, and research, Lavender & Blue serves as a space for meaning-making, connection, and thoughtful exploration.

Her professional background includes forensic and community mental health settings focused on trauma, embodiment, neurodivergence, spirituality, art, and narrative identity.

Lavender & Blue was created as both a reflective archive and an evolving creative sanctuary; a place where psychology, art, healing, and humanity can exist together without reducing life to simple answers.
